Meet Pixel Soul, From Medina, OH

Pixel Soul spent three weeks convincing a vintage shop owner that the tie dye bell bottoms were a legitimate investment in their personal brand, not a cry for help. They've got the baseball cap positioned at an angle that suggests either deep confidence or mild delusion, the athletic shades permanently fogged from enthusiastic lava lamp gazing sessions, and Timberland boots that have never touched actual dirt. The lava lamp they carry everywhere isn't ironic, by the way, it's their emotional support object, and they will die on that hill. Frosty Pepper made one comment about "modernizing the retro aesthetic" last month and Pixel Soul has been silently out-retro-ing them ever since. Mostly Pixel Soul just wants to hang out, vibe with whoever's around, and occasionally remind people that the 70s had something figured out that we've all collectively forgotten.
