Meet Peppy Baron, From Tokyo, Japan

Peppy Baron is a monochrome chameleon who has somehow convinced themselves that a welding helmet paired with full welding gear constitutes both professional attire and a valid fashion statement. They spend most mornings nursing a coffee cup while dispensing unsolicited life advice to anyone within earshot, usually about the importance of proper safety protocols or why your life choices would benefit from more structural integrity. The welding helmet never comes off, which has made basic tasks like eating soup a recurring philosophical crisis. Their partnership with Sonic Ruckus mostly consists of Peppy explaining why climbing an axe up a bird's nest is "structurally unsound" while Sonic does it anyway. Peppy's coffee has gone cold exactly seventeen times this week, but they keep drinking it anyway because warming it up would require removing the helmet. They are, by all accounts, exactly as wise as they believe themselves to be, which is to say very, and also completely insufferable about it.
